Traditional slow roasting

The secret of creating a truly unique coffee lies in the roasting process. Carefully roasting the fresh coffee at low temperatures over a longer period of time, TRIMANI artisans have arrived at consummate espresso and coffee compositions created from selected coffee varieties, roasting profiles and characteristics of taste.

TRIMANI coffees are roasted at a mere 200° C/390° F. Tradition requires the gentle roasting to last at least 18 to 25 minutes. The result is a smooth coffee true to its character and singly aromatic, free of any acidity or bitterness.
